  • Insurance plans vary, so I suggest contacting the number located on the back of your card to understand your deductible and copayment. My knowledge of your benefits is limited, and I will only know the amount due on a claim after it has been fully processed.

  • A superbill is a detailed invoice of the services you have received and can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. It is recommended to contact your insurance company to find out the reimbursement percentage, as this can vary considerably.
